Before Day 1 — the name on the certificate: the Certificate of Courage prints from your account’s profile/display name, not your username. Set the profile/display name to the child’s full name exactly as it should read on the certificate. If you already registered under your own name, update it under Dashboard → Settings → Profile before they finish Day 30.
