The Academy · Ages 7 to 10
Brave on Record is a thirty-day challenge that trains a quiet, screen-shy child to speak up, cut the ums, stand tall and hold a room.
What this is
One small mission a day, about ten minutes, inside your child’s normal life. Ordering their own food. Asking a question. Saying it once, clearly. You are the coach, and no experience is needed.
By day thirty
Raise their hand without waiting to feel ready.
Order their own food, make a call, make the request themselves.
Eye contact held, shoulders back, standing tall in any room they walk into.
The ums, the sorrys and the mumbles, cut.
Say it politely, say it once, say it clearly.
A thirty-second speech with real presence, recorded and kept.
What is inside
Thirty mission cards, a progress board for the wall, and six badges to earn along the way.
Whisper, Voice and Signal. A short quiz check at the end of each one, so progress is visible.
In your child’s name, from Samantha, for finishing all thirty.
Their thirty-second speech to camera on day thirty, filmed and kept forever. Film the before in secret on day one and the difference is the whole point.
Try it first
Start tonight, at the dinner table, and see whether it takes. If your child is still going on mission ten, the rest is less than a dollar a day.
The full challenge
Thirty missions, the printable kit, three levels, the certificate and the graduation video.
The room reads a child before they speak too. Nobody teaches them that, so we did.
