This site is operated by Voyant Media Solutions Limited, trading as Samantha J. Best. We collect only the information we need to run the business — to confirm enrolments, schedule sessions, process payments, deliver advisory work, and stay in touch when you ask us to. We do not sell your data. We do not record advisory sessions. We work under strict confidentiality with senior leaders and corporate clients. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

For privacy-related queries, the data controller is Voyant Media Solutions Limited. Contact details are at the end of this policy.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect personal information only when you give it to us or when it is generated as a normal part of using the site.

Information generated by your use of the site:
- Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent), used to keep the site secure and improve performance.
- Cookies set by this site and by the third-party services listed below.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. Our services are designed for working professionals.

5. Confidentiality of Advisory and Corporate Work
This is central to how we work, and worth stating clearly.
If you engage us for SIGNAL Advisory, corporate training, or any other advisory work:
- All session content, materials shared, and discussions are treated as strictly confidential.
- We do not record sessions.
- We do not name you, your organisation, or your context in case studies, social content, podcast episodes, or any other public-facing material without your explicit written permission.
- Anonymised case snapshots, where used (for example on the Selected Engagements page), are written so that no individual or organisation can be identified.
Corporate clients may request a separate non-disclosure agreement before engagement. We are accustomed to working under formal NDAs and are happy to do so.
6. International Transfers
Because the services we use are operated by providers headquartered in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions, some of your information may be processed and stored outside of Trinidad and Tobago. We only work with providers that maintain industry-standard security practices and applicable data protection commitments.
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies required for the site, course platform, and forms to function.
- Analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is being used in aggregate.
- Third-party cookies set by embedded services such as Tally forms, YouTube video embeds, and Google services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit some features of the site, particularly course enrolment and form submission.

- Access. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction. You can ask us to update or correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal or accounting obligation that requires us to retain it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and in any case within thirty days of receiving a verified request.
9. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed to deliver the service, meet a legal or regulatory obligation, or resolve disputes:
- Enrolment and course records: retained for the duration of your access plus a reasonable period for support and dispute resolution.
- Payment records: retained for the period required by financial reporting and tax obligations.
- Email correspondence: retained for as long as needed for ongoing context, then deleted on request.
- Form submissions that do not progress to engagement: deleted within twelve months unless you become a client.
You can ask us at any time to delete information that we are not legally required to retain.

This site and our services are intended for working professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website, our podcast notes, and our published content may contain links to third-party websites (for example, guest social profiles, sponsor sites, or referenced articles). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
12. Changes to This Policy
We will update this Privacy Policy when our practices change, when we add or remove a service provider, or when applicable law requires it.
