Live intensive · Saturday, 3 October 2026

This is not a public speaking course. The basics are not the point.

One day of real-time calibration for senior professionals who already speak in rooms regularly, and need to change how they land in the ones that decide things.

Date

Saturday, 3 October 2026

Hours

9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Trinidad time

Format

Live via Google Meet. No recordings.

Cohort

Small on purpose

What this is

A working session, not a workshop.

The Boardroom Voice is for senior professionals who need to calibrate how they land when the audience is a board, a regulator, a leadership team, or a roomful of people whose attention is harder won than the average audience.

One day. Small cohort. Live. Real-time recalibration on real material you bring with you.

Senior managers and directors

Stepping into boardrooms where how you land decides what happens next.

Founders

Briefing investors, partners and boards.

Executives under scrutiny

Speaking unscripted, across audiences, with consequence attached.

Regulator-facing leaders

Preparing for stakeholder and regulator forums.

Senior communicators

Who have done the basics and want what comes after them.

Anyone whose career turns on rooms

Where advancement depends on how you are received, not what you know.

The methodology

SIGNAL is the spine of the day.

The proprietary framework that anchors every advisory engagement, applied here to the room you are actually preparing for.

SDimension 01

Steadiness

The quality that makes a room exhale. How you hold yourself before, during and after pressure.

IDimension 02

Intentionality

Knowing what the room needs from you in this moment. And what it does not.

GDimension 03

Gravity

The weight your presence carries before you say a word.

NDimension 04

Narrative

How you carry an argument that holds together at the level of decisions.

ADimension 05

Adaptability

Reading the room mid-flow and adjusting without losing your spine.

LDimension 06

Landing

How you end. Where the room is when you stop speaking. What they remember.

What you leave with

By 3:00 PM you will have four things.

01

Calibration of your steadiness, gravity and landing as senior rooms actually experience them. In real time, on real material.

02

Three concrete moves to deploy in your next high-stakes room within thirty days.

03

A framework you can return to before every senior conversation, brief or panel for the rest of your career.

04

A small cohort of peers who watched you work and know what you carry. The room behind you.

Questions

Before you enrol.

Is this for me if I already speak in public regularly?

Yes. This is calibration, not basics. The cohort is built for leaders who already have the reps and want to refine how they land in the rooms that matter most. If you have never spoken in public, this is not the right starting point.

Will the session be recorded?

No. Live participation is the work. If you cannot attend the full day live, the next cohort would be a better fit.

What should I bring?

Think about one specific room you have coming up in the next thirty days. A board brief, a panel, a regulator briefing, a tough internal conversation. Anything where how you land matters. You will not need to send it in advance, just have it in mind.

Can I bring my team?

Yes. Three or more from the same organisation receive 15% off. Email [email protected] to coordinate.

What if I need to reschedule?

Email at least 48 hours before the cohort date and your seat will roll to the next available cohort.
