A working session, not a coaching call. We do the work together, on your real material, for your real room.

  • 0–10 minThe room. We define exactly what you are walking into, who is there, what they need from you, what you need from yourself.
  • 10–30 minYour material. You speak. I observe. Real-time SIGNAL Framework calibration on steadiness, gravity, and landing.
  • 30–50 minThe recalibration. Three specific moves designed for your room.
  • 50–80 minPractice on the calibrated material with the three moves integrated. Until it lands.
  • 80–90 minClose. Your three moves locked in writing, sent within 24 hours.

Questions

What if I am not a Boardroom Voice alumna?

Standard pricing applies. The session is identical. Cohort alumni receive introductory pricing as a thank-you for stepping into the room with the group first.

How soon can I book?

Sessions are scheduled within 7 to 14 days of enrolment, depending on calendar availability. If your room is sooner, email directly and we will find the earliest slot.

Will the session be recorded?

No. Live work, real conversation. You leave with a written summary of the three moves so you can return to them in the week before your room.

What if I need to reschedule?

Email at least 48 hours before for a no-charge reschedule. Inside 48 hours we can reschedule once at no charge if the room you are preparing for has moved.

Can I book multiple sessions or set up a retainer?

Yes. Leaders facing recurring high-stakes rooms often book a SIGNAL Retainer instead. Email [email protected] to discuss.
