SIP & SPEAK VOL. 006 47 MIN

Your Numbers Tell On You

What 5,000 leaders reveal about behaviour, decisions and profit.

From the Host

I invited Hugh because he does something I have never been able to do from the front of a room. He puts a number on behaviour. I spend my working life telling leaders that how they show up is not decoration, it is the business. Hugh's team went and measured it across five thousand executives and found it sitting in the profit line. Then, somewhere in the middle of the research, he started talking about a boy who lost his father. That is the part I am still thinking about.
